     A single lease means that all 4 occupants in your townhome are on the same lease. That means you are all responsible for the rent and it is up to you and your roommates to divide the costs and pay them on time. Many students use a roommate agreement to specify rent, duties, and house rules. 


    Co-signers are required for each tenant and ensure the timely, full payment of rent. 


     A co-signer is someone who is financially stable and close to the tenant. These are often parents of students. If you’re unsure who qualifies as a cosigner, please contact us. 


    Pets are NOT allowed in the townhomes.


    Water, sewage and trash utilities can be included in your rent - contact agent@onesourceatlanta.com for more information on this option.


    Renters insurance is required by each individual tenant. Coverage may be purchased through the provider of your choosing. Parents may add a renter’s policy to their homeowner’s insurance. Popular options for students are: Assurant, Sure, and Lemonade 


    Yes. Each unit is allowed a garage spot and 1 parking spot directly in front of your garage. All other vehicles should use street parking. Please do not block the road or driveways.

     Each townhome is assigned a trash and recycling bin. These are picked up every Thursday by City of Atlanta. Tenants should pull their bins to the curb the night before and put them back Thursday afternoon. Bins should not be left in the front of the units.  


    1351 Brewster St Townhomes are configured for stackable washer and dryers. You can lease or purchase one here.


    All units are equipped with SimpliSafe security devices, including a doorbell camera, glass break sensor, door sensors for the front and back doors, and two interior cameras. Tenants have the option to purchase the interior cameras for $50 each, if available. Tenants may also choose to activate professional monitoring directly through SimpliSafe at their own expense. The Owner is not responsible for the operation, maintenance, or functionality of these devices.
